BEL Recruitment 2025 : Educational Qualification
- A first-class B.Sc. (four-year) engineering degree from a recognized university/institute in the following disciplines:
- Electronics (Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Communication/Telecommunication)
- Instrumentation (Mechanical)
- Computer Science (Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Science Engineering)
- Electrical (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
- Note: SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities candidates must have only a passing degree.
BEL Recruitment 2025 : Age Limit
- Maximum age limit (as of 01.10.2025): 25 years (for unreserved/economically weaker section candidates).
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwD candidates, as per government rules.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-II Grade)
- Annual CTC (estimated): Approximately ₹13 lakh
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): (85 marks)
- Interview: (15 marks)
- Document Verification

- For SC/ST/PwBD/ESM: Fee exemption (no fee)
