| Educational qualification | 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 60% aggregate marks. |
| G(I) 2025 | It is mandatory for the candidate to appear in the JEE (Main) 2025 exam. |

Indian Army TES-55 Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- The selection process primarily involves the following steps:
- Shortlisting of Applications:
- Candidates are shortlisted by Army Headquarters based on their Class 12th PCM percentage and JEE (Main) 2025 performance.
- Shortlisted candidates are sent call-up letters for the SSB interview.
- Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview:
- This is a 5-day interview that assesses candidates’ personality, intelligence, and officer potential.
- It includes screening, psychology tests, group tasks, and personal interviews.
- Medical Examination:
- Candidates who qualify for the SSB are required to undergo a medical examination as per prescribed standards.
- Final Merit List:
- The final merit list is prepared solely on the basis of SSB interview scores and medical fitness. Joining letters are issued to qualified medically fit candidates.
Indian Army TES-55 Recruitment 2025 Pay and Rank
- During Training: Candidates are paid a stipend as per regulations.
- Upon Commissioning: Upon successful completion of training, candidates receive a permanent commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with a basic pay (Level-10) starting at ₹56,100, plus other allowances as applicable.
