Educational qualification
| Eligibility | Details |
| Educational Qualification | Graduation (University Degree). Preference will be given to candidates having a degree in Law. |
| Shorthand Speed | English Shorthand: 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) or more. |
| Typing Speed | English Typing: 40 words per minute (w.p.m.). |
| Age Limit | Minimum: 21 years. Maximum: 38 years. (Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per government rules). |
| Computer Knowledge | Must possess MS-CIT or equivalent certificate. |
