NHAI Recruitment 2025 Educational qualification
| Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) | MBA (Finance) by regular course from a recognized University/Institute. |
| Library and Information Assistant | Graduate in Library (Bachelor of Library Science) from any recognized University/Institute. |
| Junior Translation Officer | Master’s degree in Hindi (with English at Graduation level), or Master’s degree in English (with Hindi at Graduation level) and recognized Diploma/Certificate in Translation or 2 years experience. |
| accountant | (i) Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University/Institute, and (ii) Chartered Accountant (CA) Patriot or Constable and holder of Doctorate of Accountant (CMA). |
| stenographer | (i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institute, and (ii) 5 minutes dictation in shorthand (English or Hindi) at the speed of 80 words per minute and stipulated time for transcription on computer. |
NHAI Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 30 years for most positions (as of December 15, 2025)
- Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) will receive age relaxation as per rules.
Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS Category: ₹500 per post (other fees/GST may apply)
- SC/ST/PwBD Category: No fee.
Pay Scale (by position)
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
- Library & Information Assistant/Junior Translation Officer: Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
- Accountant: Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
- Stenographer: Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
