Educational Qualifications
- Trainee Officer (Finance):
- CA (Chartered Accountant) passed
- or ICWA/CMA (Indian Institute of Cost Accountants) passed
- Trainee Officer (Company Secretary):
- Associate Member of ICSI (Indian Institute of Company Secretaries)
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected based on the following stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Written Examination.
- Document Verification
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview
- Pre-employment Medical Test
Pay Scale
- Training Period (Silent Period): Short term in the pay scale of ₹50,000/- and ₹1,60,000/- (IDA). Training period with a higher CTC of ₹11.00 lakh per annum.
- After training: Appointment may be offered with a CTC of ₹22.50 lakh per annum.
